As a BSO Global Business Services and Service Charge Accounting Trainee, you’ll spend time working and gaining insight across both of these parts of our business.

As a BSO Global Business Services (GBS) Trainee based in Reading, you’ll be part of a team which supports large and sophisticated organisations with packaged solutions comprising outsourced accounting & management reporting, payroll, treasury, company secretarial and compliance services.

GBS clients have multiple entities operating often, but not always, in multiple countries and are looking for a simplified and coordinated solution from one provider. Clients are seeking:

  • Reliable payroll
  • Accurate invoice processing and payment services
    high quality management reporting delivered to tight deadlines after month-end
  • Confidence that their compliance needs for all entities are being met
    proactive project management
  • The reduction in the pressure on their own teams which comes from appointing a single service provider

Based in Bristol, the Service Charge Accounting Team

As a BSO Service Charge Accounting (SCA) Trainee based in Bristol, you’ll be part of a team that delivers flexible independent solutions for the preparation and management of year end service charge accounts and other service charge accounting services.

The team provide a powerful mix of technical excellence, cutting edge technology and a made-to-measure approach to meet individual client needs in markets including Real Estate, Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use. We offer bespoke IT solutions, full project management of the service charge life cycle and data analysis, real time access to property status against KPIs and instant access to property specific data and documents.
